*Appointments with the dog behaviourist or for any dog training session can be canceled up to 12 hours in advance by phone or message. Please reach out in time if you need to reschedule your dog training session or consultation with the dog behaviourist to avoid any cancellation fees and allow the slot to be offered to another client.
